Emerald Horizons at CBD Belapur (Redevelopment)
Emerald Horizons is a 14-storeyed mixed-use building under redevelopment. Located in CBD Belapur, surrounded by greenery and is much more organised than other nodes of Navi Mumbai. The massing comprise of three primary elements: a ten-story residential block, three-storey podium parking block with street-level retail space. The terrace floor also acts as recreational space combining pool, cricket turf and play area along with lounge seating to provide a wide range of options for recreation.
Residential Redevelopment at Vashi
A 14-storey high rise residential re-development building is located in Navi Mumbai. The Design team at KSA provided unique unit designs within the building to suit a range of lifestyles. Throughout each unit, a modern interior with clean lines and minimal ornamentation. Open floor plans add visual connections to the overlooking landscape. large windows are punched into the facade of the building to emphasize the panoramic views of the surrounding neighborhood.
Suraj Blowplast Factory
Located in an industrial area on the outskirts of Aurangabad, the site surroundings are characterized by small fields of sugarcane. The resulting footprint creating large open spaces along the periphery to accommodate staff parking, heavy vehicle maneuvering and off-loading, and recreational zones. To segregate worker and visitor traffic as well as pedestrian and vehicular access. The Production space has been designed to ensure seamless transfer of raw material to individual processing units, and their subsequent movement to the packaging department.
NMMC Community Hall and Library
The Community hall and library building are reviving the cultural heritage by creating an experience that encompasses culture, commerce and history of Diwale Village. The exterior of the building takes brick and concrete volumes and balances them with Aluminium Composite Panels framed in steel. The glass elements and glazed walls give the building a crystalline shimmer that will bring a contemporary sense to a classic building expression.
Gaurav Farmhouse at Gaganbawda
Located in Gaganbawda, Kolhapur, this family retreat is a modern take on the traditional farmhouse. The exposed laterite stone wall is supported by the sleek, symmetrical and white rich facade giving the feel of elegance. The home combines contemporary detailing and materials with vernacular architectural building forms. The house is a touchstone for the owner and extended family, it can accommodate large family gatherings, but still retain an intimate feel.
Residential Redevelopment at navi Mumbai
This residential redevelopment Project in Navi Mumbai is a fine example of contemporary architectural design. Its modern and efficient structure offers residents spacious living spaces flooded with natural light. Commercial Buidling at TTC-MIDC
This ground plus twenty-seven-storey commercial high-rise building with 17-storey offices and 10-storey podium parking. The building will create new commercial connections in Navi Mumbai. The high floor-to-floor heights along with the optimized floorplates are designed to maximize spatial daylight autonomy. Utilizing extensive daylight and thermal modelling, the design team is creating a building façade that will enhance building performance. An internal circulation spine links the office space to the recreational space, promoting a sense of order and calm amidst fast-paced work.
NMMC School at Diwale Village
In an effort to enhance educational opportunities, the Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (NMMC) has undertaken a comprehensive redesign of the school in Diwale Village, replacing the old building. This initiative reflects the dedication to providing a well-equipped learning environment, empowering students. The revamped school aims to foster academic excellence and nurture the aspirations of the community.
Kumar's Residence
This urban villa is shaped by the owners’ passions. Tightly fit onto a small plot in C.B.D Belapur, the ground plus three-story building is both private residence and place for social gathering. The materials used for the house are simple: concrete, plaster, tile and wood. The house aims to be both grand and personal at the same time.
