Emerald Horizons at CBD Belapur (Redevelopment)

Emerald Horizons is a 14-storeyed mixed-use building under redevelopment. Located in CBD Belapur, surrounded by greenery and is much more organised than other nodes of Navi Mumbai. The massing comprise of three primary elements: a ten-story residential block, three-storey podium parking block with street-level retail space. The terrace floor also acts as recreational space combining pool, cricket turf and play area along with lounge seating to provide a wide range of options for recreation.

A 14-storey high rise residential re-development building is located in Navi Mumbai. The Design team at KSA provided unique unit designs within the building to suit a range of lifestyles. Throughout each unit, a modern interior with clean lines and minimal ornamentation. Open floor plans add visual connections to the overlooking landscape. large windows are punched into the facade of the building to emphasize the panoramic views of the surrounding neighborhood.

Located in an industrial area on the outskirts of Aurangabad, the site surroundings are characterized by small fields of sugarcane. The resulting footprint creating large open spaces along the periphery to accommodate staff parking, heavy vehicle maneuvering and off-loading, and recreational zones. To segregate worker and visitor traffic as well as pedestrian and vehicular access. The Production space has been designed to ensure seamless transfer of raw material to individual processing units, and their subsequent movement to the packaging department.

Commercial Buidling at TTC-MIDC

This ground plus twenty-seven-storey commercial high-rise building with 17-storey offices and 10-storey podium parking. The building will create new commercial connections in Navi Mumbai. The high floor-to-floor heights along with the optimized floorplates are designed to maximize spatial daylight autonomy. Utilizing extensive daylight and thermal modelling, the design team is creating a building façade that will enhance building performance. An internal circulation spine links the office space to the recreational space, promoting a sense of order and calm amidst fast-paced work.
