The Midas Wing reception lobby of Plan M Business park, is a striking blend of architectural design and timeless elegance. Its design seamlessly fuses avant-garde elements with classic charm, resulting in a space that captivates visitors. With its dynamic lighting, opulent finishes, and a layout that balances form and function, the lobby offers an immersive experience that leaves a lasting and unique impression.

The display office of Plan I is a remarkable showcase of contemporary design. Its interior seamlessly blends aesthetics and functionality, featuring an open, flexible layout that encourages collaboration and creativity. The design incorporates modern materials, and ample natural light to create a dynamic and efficient workspace. Employee comfort is prioritized through the inclusion of communal spaces such as pantry and coffee bar, a cafeteria. Workspaces with plants provide a visually pleasing subdivision of the different working zones and offer storage space as well as informal workspaces for reading and writing.

KSA was challenged to provide work spaces for the employees, alongside private CEO cabin’s and a full functional pantry. The resulting design divides the space into production spaces and fun social areas. Complementing the fun social use, two Cabins for formal meetings line the wall of the office. These cabins are equipped with flat screen TVs, video conference equipment, workstation tables, and white boards for brainstorming and note taking. The rooms are partitioned acoustically from the rest of the office by full height glass.

The reinvention of this building will embrace natural light and views while preserving floor-to-floor heights and much of the existing structure in a cost-conscious but provocative manner. Building on this foundation, the project recently expanded to include a new, floor in the building. Retaining defining elements such as the canopies and concrete walls celebrates the character of the industrial space. The materials used for the interior of the entrance lobby are simple but modern: concrete, steel, plaster, tile and wood veneer with customized furniture for reception and meeting table.

This office remodel aims to create a contemporary, vibrant and enjoyable work environment. Simple palette of materials—white marble, wooden laminate, natural-toned fabric contributes to the serene elegance of the interiors at Power HF Pvt. Ltd.

The Reception lobby of Plan M business Park is an excellent example of modern architectural design. Characterized by clean lines, elegant materials, and modern aesthetic which exudes sophistication and functionality. The clever use of lighting, premium finishes, and a welcoming layout creates an inviting atmosphere that seamlessly blends form and function for an impressive first impression.

The space included a welcoming reception area, breakout spaces, changing area, toilets, showers. A requirement of the gym was also that the space could allow multiple groups & trainers to use the space at the same time. Design team at KSA ensured that it felt modern, welcoming and energizing. The scheme incorporated rubber mat for flooring, suspended linear lights and black and wood-finished ceiling. We also used crisp white walls with contrasting yellow and wood veneer elements to add energy and atmosphere to the space.
